Tea, was extremely patient, not pushy, and helped us to find what we were looking for. He has a great knowledge of the individual items and explained the similarities and differences to a layman's understanding. Overall, we are happy with our purchase + delivery and high recommend.

I recently had a fantastic experience shopping for a bed. From start to finish, the staff were knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful.When I first walked into the store, I was greeted by a friendly sales associate who took the time to ask me about my sleeping habits and preferences. Based on my answers, she was able to recommend several mattresses that she thought would be a good fit for me. She also explained the differences between each one and the benefits of each type.I ended up trying out several mattresses in the store, and the sales associate was patient and never rushed me. She was also able to answer all of my questions and provide additional information when I needed it.Once I had made my decision, the delivery process was just as smooth. The delivery team arrived on time and were polite and professional. They carefully set up my new bed and even removed the packaging and old mattress.Overall, I highly recommend it. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, the selection is excellent, and the delivery process is seamless. If you're in the market for a new bed, this is definitely the place to go

Great customer service.The price was affordable and the quality of the product was excellent.The sales person was very friendly and helpful. We went there to look for a mattress but we also bought a bed along with it.Although, it was almost their closing time, they delivered our products on that same evening. We are really thankful and I would recommend the store to all who are thinking of buying furniture items to go to Innovation furniture.

When I enter the store I was confused where to go and one young gentleman called Revan came with the beautiful smile he approached towards me and asking how he can help me? He helped me get exactly what I was looking for. His customer service was so perfect. He was friendly and courteous and he was Detailed, specific and honest as well. This place is a waste of time and they lack responsibility and professionalism. Was told that they can hold the couch we ordered for as long as needed. We ordered Feb, planned ir so well and I explained that my house was being built and wasn't given a date on when we're receiving our keys.They were assuring that it's NOT going to be an issue. We were in the middle of our move in today, and they called to tell us that the couch is lost in warehouse. They told us they will help find it in the warehouse,but around 2pm they called to say its not found and we have to come in to pick something cheaper or pay the difference to another couch. In the middle of moving with my pregnant wife who is due to give birth any minute, I was asked to come into the store to pick out another couch. When we arrived, there were no apology or responsibility taken for the situation. So we cant trust their word and promises. I will never recommend anyone this place.
